RAPID DIGESTION SYSTEMS
A versatile programmable infrared digestion system capable of handling a wide range of samples in today's modern laboratory. The digestion time is significantly reduced due to the extremely short heating up and cooling down periods. A high temperature digestion chamber with radiant heating elements fitted to the side, allow for rapid boiling. The TURBOTHERM line accepts tubes from 100 to 800 ml, making these models extremely versatile. Up to 9 different programs can be entered with 9 variable heating levels.
BLOCK DIGESTION SYSTEMS
The compact block digestion systems allow for simultaneous, multiple digestions. A precise temperature control permits the conditions for the digestion to be optimized, thus providing reproducible results. Kjeldahl digestions can be done in 100, 250 and 400ml tubes. The block is made of aluminum with holes for digestion tubes, energy efficient, and excellent insulation to retain heat within the block. The exhaust system can be easily and safely handled. Three different controllers are available for temperature control, time/temperature control and ramping of temperature. (8, 20 and 40 positions).
CYANIDE DETERMINATION
Especially developed, for the decomposition of water- and soil samples according to EPA methodology. Up to 4 samples can be digested simultaneously. Has an IR heating system, for fast and even heat up. Up to 9 different programs can be defined, with current status permanently displayed.

DIGESTION FOR CHEMICAL OXYGEN DEMAND
The CSB system consists of an 8 or 20 position digestion block which is controlled by a digital electronic temperature controller to 1 K precision. The required heating up phase of samples to around 148 ºC is reached in under 10 minutes. An automatic lift system can separate or connect all of the digestion tubes and reflux condensers in just one step. Installation is very simple as the supply of cooling water is organized with just one central supply and discharge. Manual / Automatic versions available.
TRACE METAL DIGESTION
The SMA is a block system for the digestion with aqua regia to determine the acid soluble parts of metals in sludge, sediments and soils. As these highly poisonous trace metals can also get into human food via plants and animals, the analysis of trace metal is of significant importance. This unit is equipped with a motor driven two tier console. Additionally, the trace metal system with an exhaust manifold made of PVC has trace metal cooling traps on the top of the condensers.
FUME SCRUBBER
The TURBOSOG centrifugal scrubber condenses and neutralizes aggressive acid fumes. The pre-separator works in two steps, separating and washing out the acid fumes. The removal of the fumes is very efficient with extremely low running costs. Little service is required as no activated carbon filters are used in the system.
TRADITIONAL DIGESTION
The units are designed for digestions acc. to Kjeldahl. Kjeldahl digestion apparatus available with 50-750ml Kjeldahl flasks. All units have a very efficient glass exhaust manifold with funnel shaped adapters which fit into the necks of the flasks. Micro / Semi Micro (6 digestions) and Macro (4-6 digestions) apparatus are available. Supplied with Kjeldahl flasks, glass exhaust manifold, forked support rods and power cord. A combination digestion / distillation model is also available.
